Where do the brands come from?
Brands develop their products on Surple. When a product fits what you make — your minimums, lead times and certifications — Surple sends you the request with the full spec.
When exactly do I get paid?
The brand pays Surple before production starts. Your payout goes to your bank after delivery, once the brand’s 7-day check passes.
Will the AI send prices on its own?
Not unless you allow it. By default every quote waits for a person. Owners can let the Quote Desk send quotes automatically within their own margin and amount limits.
Can my factory be in any country?
Yes. Your company keeps its own currency, time zone, tax numbers and language, and the app works in seven languages.
Do I have to use the whole ERP?
No. Quotes, deals and payouts work on the free Network plan. The full ERP is there when you want purchasing, production, stock and finance in one place.
What if a brand opens a dispute?
You see it right away and have 3 days to respond. Most are settled between you and the brand; if not, Surple proposes a fair outcome, and a person decides only if either side asks.
